Dr. Vidya Bettagere isn’t just moving her patients’ teeth into alignment. She’s creating a lasting, positive impact on each person’s self-esteem and confidence. She enjoys getting monthly updates on patients’ lives and watching their is journey through orthodontic care. Her favorite moment is when she gets to show a patient the before and after photos. They love their new smile so much, they can’t stop showing it!

Lauri is our Lab Technician. She has had over a 10-year career in Orthodontics. Lauri loves making fun and creative retainers for our patients. Lauri is married and has two adult children. When she is out of the office, she enjoys gardening and creating beautiful flower beds.
Madison has been an Orthodontic Clinician for 3 years. She loves helping Dr. Bettagere create beautiful smiles, and seeing the positive changes. In our patients during their treatment. Madison LOVES cookies, especially Crumbl cookies!

McKenzie has been in Orthodontics for over 11 years. She loves watching our patients develop a beautiful smile and the confidence that comes with it. She is our Treatment Coordinator and loves helping our patients and families get started on their journey with their orthodontic treatment. When not in the office, she loves having cookouts, bonfires and boating with her family. She is married with three beautiful children: Mason, Parker, and Meelah. They have two dogs: Max and Roscoe. Mckenzie says she absolutely loves what she does, and can’t imagine doing anything else.
Emily is a dedicated wife and mother of four. With 7 years of experience in orthodontics, she takes great pride in helping patients achieve their best smile. Outside of her professional life, Emily enjoys gardening, with a special interest in growing both annual and perennial plants. She also loves cheering on her children at their sporting events.
Lily is a graduate of Pendleton Heights High School, class of 2021. She is a friendly, dependable, and quick learner with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. Known for her attention to detail, Lily enjoys creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and painting. She is also a devoted pet owner to a dog named Ruby and a cat named Milo. Outside of work, Lily enjoys shopping and has a fondness for Orange Chicken and Chicken Alfredo.
Alyssa is our Scheduling Coordinator. She loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey and enjoys seeing the happiness that comes with their beautiful smiles. Alyssa played Division I softball at IUPUI and cherishes spending time with her family and friends.
Miranda is our Scheduling Coordinator and has been working with Dr. Bettagere for about a year. She enjoys being part of a dedicated, supportive team and takes pride in helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients. Miranda loves seeing patients’ beautiful end results and contributing to their orthodontic journey. In her free time, she enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with her two dogs, Bennett and Zeus.
